前文作者报道了大黄的水提取物具有显著降低尿毒症毒素的作用,这种作用主要归因于大黄中的鞣质成分如(一)-表儿茶素3-O-没食子酸盐。本文进一步研究了15种含或不含鞣质的生药能否发挥同样的降低尿毒症毒素的作用。 实验方法:选体重200~210g雄性Wistar大鼠,随意饲喂含0.75%腺嘌呤-18%酪蛋白饮食(制备肾衰竭模型),并在给予腺嘌呤的同时,以饮用水的形式,每天经口给予生药水提取物和非鞣质化合物(大黄酸、大黄素和熊果酸),使生药水提取物和非鞣质化合物的剂量分别达150mg/kg/d和5mg/kg/d,
The authors previously reported that the water extract of rhubarb had a significant effect on reducing uremic toxins, which was mainly attributed to the tannin component of rhubarb such as (i)-epicatechin 3-O-gallate. This article further investigated whether 15 kinds of crude drugs with or without tannins can exert the same effect of reducing uremic toxins. Experimental method: Male Wistar rats weighing 200 to 210 g were selected and fed a diet containing 0.75% adenine and a casein of 0.7% (prepared for renal failure) at random, and at the same time as adenine, in the form of drinking water, daily Oral herbal extracts and non-tannin compounds (rhein, emodin, and ursolic acid) were given orally to obtain 150 mg/kg/d and 5 mg/kg/d of raw water extract and non-tannin compound, respectively.
