新疆三大油气田企业肩负着“新疆大庆”的历史使命,企业文化的发展也要跟上时代的脚步。企业文化个性化是适应企业发展需要的必然选择。这种个性化的选择既需要建筑在中国石油文化的共性之上,又要在共性的指导下基于企业实际形成特色。通过有效、科学的步骤,结合内外部条件,在六种思路的支持下可以更好的提升企业文化的发展质量,形成企业上下认同的特色文化。通过个性化塑造也可以更好的实现三大油气田的经济目标。
The three major oil and gas field enterprises in Xinjiang are shouldering the historical mission of “Daqing in Xinjiang” and the development of corporate culture should keep up with the pace of the times. Personalization of corporate culture is an inevitable choice to meet the needs of business development. This personalized choice not only needs to be built on the commonalities of Chinese oil culture, but also forms the characteristics based on the actual conditions of enterprises under the guidance of commonality. Through effective and scientific steps, combined with internal and external conditions, under the support of the six kinds of thinking, the quality of the development of the corporate culture can be better promoted and a distinctive culture recognized by the enterprise from top to bottom can be formed. Through personalized modeling can also better achieve the economic goals of the three major oil and gas fields.
