2011年6月10～11日,水利部在北京主持召开会议,组织专家对《防洪标准》(送审稿)进行了审查。参加会议的有工业与信息化部、国土资源部、环境保护部(国家核安全局)、住房和城乡建设部、交通运输部、铁道部、国务院南水北调工程建设委员会办公室、国家能源局、中国民用航空局、国家文物局、中国水电工程顾问集团公司,水利部规划计划司、国际合作与科技司、国家防汛抗旱总指挥部办公室,水利部水利水电规划设计总院,黄河勘测规划设计有限公司等单位的专家和代表。
