长江航务系统心理卫生专业委员会于1991年11月29日在南京隆重成立。大会推举南京港务局局长奚志诚为名誉主任委员,选出主任委员张永宁,副主任委员:吴旦年、刘专富、葛彰心。秘书长陈文炯。常务委员:郭东煜、喻安荣、薛家超、张正华等9人组成常务委员会。专业委员会的任务是:进一步促进长航心理卫生事业的发展,对保证安全生产,提高生产效率,促进长航系统职工及家属的身心健康,更好地为交通运输事业服务。《交通医学》编辑部热烈祝贺长航心理卫生专业委员会的成立,并祝长航心理卫生事业必将提高到一个新水平、新阶段。
The Yangtze River Navigation System mental health professional committee was established in Nanjing on November 29, 1991. The general assembly elected Wu Zhicheng, director of the Nanjing Port Affairs Bureau, as honorary chairman and elected Zhang Yongning, chairman, and vice chairman: Wu Danian, Liu Zhuofu, and Ge Changxin. Secretary-General Chen Wenyu. Standing committee members: Guo Dongfu, Yu Anrong, Xue Jiachao, Zhang Zhenghua and 9 other members of the Standing Committee. The task of the professional committee is to further promote the development of Changhang’s mental health business, ensure safe production, increase production efficiency, promote the physical and mental health of employees and their families in the long-haul system, and better serve the transportation industry. The editorial department of “Transport Medicine” warmly congratulated the establishment of the Changhang Mental Health Professional Committee and wished that Changhang’s mental health business will surely be raised to a new level and a new stage.
