自推行儿童计划免疫以来,各地普遍建立健全了计免卡证,有效地促进了儿童免疫程序的准确实施。对减少无效接种,提高免疫接种率,降低传染病的发病率起到了不可忽视的作用。但随着计免工作的全面实施和发展,县、乡计免技术资料的整理归档工作已成为当前迫切的任务。笔者就如何建立与管理县、乡计免技术档案问题谈一点粗浅的看法。
Since the implementation of the immunization program for children, there has been widespread establishment and improvement of card exemption certificates, which has effectively promoted the accurate implementation of child immunization procedures. It has played an important role in reducing the number of invalid vaccinations, improving the immunization rate, and reducing the incidence of infectious diseases. However, with the full implementation and development of tax-free work, the consolidation and archiving of technical materials for counties and townships has become an urgent task. The author discusses a few superficial views on how to establish and manage counties and townships for technical files.
