1989年9月1日《传染病防治法》施行以来,江苏省东海县各级部门贯彻实施的做法比较实在,颇有特色。1 层层开展宣传贯彻系列活动《传染病防治法》颁布前夕,县人大常委会就会同县政府召开了有关部委办局及医疗卫生单位负责人会议,宣传贯彻防治法;政府还制定了实施细则,保证法律实施工作落到实处。
