对国内某钢厂高线控轧控冷工艺生产的节约型建材HPB300热轧盘条光圆钢筋情况进行了介绍,采用拉伸试验机、金相显微镜、扫描电镜、能谱仪,对钢的力学性能、显微组织、断口形貌及夹杂物进行了检验分析。结果表明:HPB300热轧盘条光圆钢筋力学性能优异,同卷盘条不同部位强度差小于20 MPa,通条性能稳定;钢筋显微组织细小且分布均匀,铁素体晶粒度达11.0级,具有优异的强韧性;钢筋拉伸断口呈韧性,夹杂物数量少、尺寸小,有利于钢材塑韧性的改善;钢中Mn、Si元素含量控制较低,成本优势明显。
This paper introduces the condition of HPB300 hot-rolled rod and bar in the high-temperature controlled rolling and controlled cooling process of a steel mill in China.
