基于LAS-CAD软件,设计并优化出结构紧凑的激光二极管(LD)双端抽运声光调QNd∶YVO4激光器。采用双凹折叠腔结构,808 nm光纤耦合输出LD双端面抽运Nd∶YVO4激光晶体,腔长185 mm,耦合输出镜透射率为15%。在44 W抽运功率时,连续激光最高输出功率达到18.6 W,光-光转换效率为42.3%,斜率效率为47.8%,M2因子约为1.5。在重复频率为100 kHz时,LD抽运功率为41 W,获得激光最大平均功率输出为11.3 W,光-光转换效率约为27.6%,相应单脉冲能量约为113μJ,脉冲半峰全宽(FWHM)为25 ns,峰值功率为4.52 kW。
Based on the LAS-CAD software, a compact laser diode (LD) double-ended pumping acousto-optic QNd: YVO4 laser is designed and optimized. The double-concave cavity structure is adopted. The Nd: YVO4 laser crystal with 808 nm fiber-coupled output LD is driven by a double-end cavity with a cavity length of 185 mm and a coupling output mirror transmittance of 15%. At a pumping power of 44 W, the maximum output power of continuous lasers reached 18.6 W, the light-to-light conversion efficiency was 42.3%, the slope efficiency was 47.8%, and the M2 factor was about 1.5. At a repetition rate of 100 kHz, the LD pumping power is 41 W, the maximum average laser output power is 11.3 W, the light-to-light conversion efficiency is about 27.6%, the corresponding single pulse energy is about 113 μJ, the full width at half maximum FWHM) of 25 ns and a peak power of 4.52 kW.
