为建立健全高等学校学报编辑人员岗位责任制,实现学报工作的科学管理,根据上级有关规定和各学校试行工作量制度的实践经验,特制定本办法。 1.学报编辑工作量以编辑(或讲师)为标准,年发稿量为25—30万字;编审、副编审完成编辑发稿量的125％;助理编辑完成编辑发稿量的65％;编辑部正副主任(正副主编)由一人担任,完成其工作量定额的6O％;正副主任(正副主编)为两人或两人以上者,主任(主编)完成其工作量定额的65％,副主任(副主编)完成其工作量定额的70％,兼任编辑部秘书、编务或其他工作的编辑人员,完成其各自工作量定额的75—85％。
