陕西省不断创新融资渠道,帮助中小企业解决资金问题。许多中小企业通过专利权、注册商标专用权、著作权等知识产权成功实现了融资,使企业的“科技资本”能够迅速转换成“现金资本”。据了解,为缓解中小企业融资难等问题,陕西省银监局、知识产权局、中小企业局等部门于2010年底联合出台《知识产权质押贷款管理办法》,使知识产权融资成为解决中小企业融资难的一条新途径。
