在朝阳这样一个贫穷落后的地区,创造出“四大天王”的奇迹,不能不让人信服,市场经济是公平的,它决不存在偏见。任何地区、任何企业、任何人,只要有能力驾驭市场,就成为市场经济的强者。在市场经济中没有必垮的国有企业,只有败北的领导和人。 市场经济是社会生产力发展较高阶段的经济形态,它是人类文明发展的结晶,因而它是高文化的经济。市场经济有它共同的规律,人们必须遵循这些规律。在规律面前,不论什么社会制度,不论什么人都是平等的,适者生存,违者被淘汰,这里没有什么人情、特殊可言。因而在规律面前,只有具有较高学识,高理论思维的人才有驾驭市场

The market economy is the economic form of the higher stage of social productivity development. It is the crystallization of the development of human civilization. Therefore, it is a high-cultural economy. The market economy has its own common law, and people must follow these rules. In front of the law, no matter what the social system, no matter who is equal, the fittest survives and the offenders are eliminated. There is no humanity or specialness here. Therefore, in front of the law, only those with higher knowledge and high theoretical thinking have the ability to control the market.
