近日,2012米其林卡客车专业店全国轮胎修补大赛在上海圆满落下帷幕。经过紧张激烈的总决赛,来自上海挚诚轮胎贸易有限公司的技师最终脱颖而出,赢得了本届轮胎修补大赛的冠军。本次比赛历时一个月,考核的内容属于卡客车专业店标准化流程四中的高级服务操作的内容之一。通过合理的竞赛机制,进一步规范卡客车专业店的标准化流程操作,提升轮胎修补服务的专业能力,以为广大用户提供更安全、更高质量的轮胎修补服务。米其林(中国)投资有限公司高级副总裁夏茂廷先生表示:“今年上半年,我们曾成功举办米其林卡客车专业店全国技能大赛。
