知识经济时代,企业知识能力已经成为组织竞争的源泉和资本。在剖析企业知识能力内涵的基础上,利用自组织理论分析企业知识能力的演化过程及其在生命周期中的演化路径,最后探讨知识能力在企业不同生命周期中的差异性,并有针对性地提出每个阶段的知识管理重点,旨在帮助企业了解知识能力的形成轨迹,将自身发展阶段的不同表现与知识能力异质性特征进行合理匹配,不断提升企业在动态环境下快速成长和抗风险能力。
In the era of knowledge economy, the knowledge ability of enterprises has become the source and capital of the organization competition. Based on the analysis of the connotation of knowledge capabilities of enterprises, this paper analyzes the evolution process of knowledge capabilities of enterprises and its evolution path in the life cycle by means of self-organization theory. Finally, it discusses the differences of knowledge capabilities in different life cycles of enterprises, The key points of knowledge management in each stage are proposed to help enterprises understand the formation path of knowledge ability and reasonably match the performance of different stages of their own development stage with the heterogeneity of knowledge ability so as to improve the rapid growth and risk-resistance of enterprises in dynamic environment ability.
