通过对比分析采取不同保存方式和保存时间血样的血乳酸值与取血当天的测试结果的异同 ,以期为血乳酸血样后期处理的保存方式和保存时间提供科学的参考依据。研究对象为普通中学生 2 5名 ,取耳血后分别将血样冷冻 1周、冷冻 2周、冷冻 3周、冷冻 4周、冷藏 1天、冷藏 5天的测试结果与当天测试结果进行比较分析 ,结果显示 6种不同保存方式与取血当天检测结果没有显著性差异 ,且存在显著性相关
By comparing and analyzing the difference between the blood lactate value of different preservation methods and storage time blood samples and the test results on the day of blood sampling, we hope to provide a scientific reference for the preservation and preservation time of blood lactate blood samples post-treatment. The subjects of study were 25 normal middle school students.
