目的研究孟鲁司特钠治疗急性期哮喘患儿的疗效以及对患儿肺功能、免疫功能的影响。方法选取上海杨思医院2016年1月-2017年3月收治的88例哮喘患儿随机分为对照组与研究组各44例,对照组患儿给予常规治疗,研究组患儿在对照组治疗方案的基础上给予孟鲁司特钠进行治疗。治疗1个疗程后对比两组患儿的临床疗效,观察临床症状改善时间,统计并对比两组患儿的肺功能指标及免疫功能指标,以客观评估孟鲁司特钠对于患儿肺功能与免疫功能的影响。结果研究组患儿显效率为63.64%,总有效率为97.73%;对照组患者显效率为31.82%,总有效率81.82%;研究组临床疗效整体优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患儿气促、胸闷及咳嗽症状缓解时间以及哮鸣音消失时间均显著少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后患儿的肺功能、免疫功能均得到有效改善,组内对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后研究组患儿肺功能、免疫功能均优于对照组,组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论孟鲁司特钠能够提高临床疗效,促进临床症状的恢复,改善患儿的肺功能与免疫功能。
Objective To study the efficacy of montelukast sodium in the treatment of children with acute asthma and their effects on lung function and immune function. Methods Eighty-eight asthmatic children admitted to Shanghai Yangsi Hospital from January 2016 to March 2017 were randomly divided into control group and study group, 44 cases in each group. Children in control group were given routine treatment. Children in study group were treated in control group Montelukast for treatment based on the program. After one course of treatment, the clinical curative effect of two groups of children was compared, the clinical symptom improvement time was observed, and the lung function indexes and immune function indexes of two groups were statistically compared and compared to objectively evaluate the effect of montelukast on lung function and Impact of immune function. Results The effective rate was 63.64% in the study group and the total effective rate was 97.73%. The effective rate in the control group was 31.82% and the total effective rate was 81.82%. The overall clinical efficacy of the study group was better than that of the control group (P <0.05). The study group, children with shortness of breath, chest tightness and cough symptoms and wheeze disappear time were significantly less than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The pulmonary function and immune function of both groups were effectively improved after treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). After treatment, the pulmonary function and immune function of the study group were better than the control group, The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Montelukast sodium can improve clinical efficacy, promote the recovery of clinical symptoms and improve the lung function and immune function in children.
