多年来我国汽车工业生产企业中高认知、高技能、高素质的人才严重匮乏,制约着汽车产业的发展。我们针对生产企业对新入职的高职高专毕业生的反映,以《汽车生产现场管理》课程为载体,在教学内容中融入企业要素,体现教育的职业性;在教学车间中模拟企业生产现场管理,采用任务驱动法,以学生为中心开展教学活动。创新教学方法,激发学生的学习兴趣;同时改革考核方式,按任务考核班组训练成绩,培养团队意识;衔接前后课程,构建强化体系,实现强化职业素养养成的目标。
Over the years China’s auto industry manufacturing enterprises with high cognitive, highly skilled and highly qualified personnel a serious lack of constraints on the development of the automotive industry. According to the reflection of manufacturing enterprises on newly recruited graduates of higher vocational colleges and higher vocational colleges, we take the course of “Automotive Production Site Management” as the carrier, integrate the enterprise elements into the teaching contents, and embody the professionalism of education. In the teaching workshop, we simulate the production site Management, the use of task-driven approach to student-centered teaching activities. Innovative teaching methods to stimulate student interest in learning; the same time, the reform assessment methods, assessment of the training team performance by task, training team awareness; convergence before and after the course, to build systems to achieve the goal of strengthening professional accomplishment.
