住房分配市场化引致的消费需求和非市场力量主导的基建投资需求的快速扩张 ,为 1998～ 2 0 0 3中国经济增长提供了强大的动力。但国内经济产业链在高速扩张后 ,将由于受到逐渐收紧的国际国内资源约束而进入全面盘整 ,中国经济增长的主引擎将发生结构性变化。作者认为 ,建立健全资本和土地资源配置的市场化机制 ,是推动中国第三轮经济增长的主引擎。
The rapid growth of consumer demand caused by the marketization of housing distribution and the demand for infrastructure investment dominated by non-market forces have provided a powerful impetus to China’s economic growth in 1998-2003. However, after the rapid expansion of the domestic economic and industrial chain, due to being tightened by the tightening of international and domestic resources, the domestic economic and industrial chain will enter a full consolidation and structural changes will occur in the main engine of China’s economic growth. The author believes that establishing and perfecting the market-oriented mechanism for the allocation of capital and land resources is the main engine for promoting the third round of economic growth in China.
