高效的数学课堂教学,不仅仅是达成高效率的课堂教学,而应该是教师角色和教学形式的双重转变。课堂教学是让学生获得知识的,是用来培养学生能力的,而绝非是教师用来灌输知识的,更不是教师单一的教学活动。高效的数学课堂教学应该是教师的导与学生的学的充分结合,学生的积极参与教师的适当点拨的充分结合。所以根据自己多年来的教学和与同事之间的交流,对打造高效的数学课堂教学进行以下粗略的分析。一、低效的原因
