Since the emergence of thin-film oxygen electrode, both at home and abroad have been applied to the determination of plant photosynthesis and respiratory intensity. With reference to the relevant data, we measured the photosynthetic oxygen evolution of detached leaves of rice plants using the oxygen electrode method. It is found that the method has the advantages of simple operation, short measuring time, and suitable for in vitro determination of various materials. The determination results of various methods and photosynthetic oxygen release are reported as follows.
