1986年11月25日,保定市中级人民法院对田守信、梁延民、李金亮违反危险物品管理规定,导致保定市石油化工厂“3.31”特大火灾爆炸事故一案(详见本刊1984年第3期)经过公开审理后,依法作出判决:判处田守信有期徒刑二年,缓刑二年;判处梁延民、李金亮有期徒刑各一年,缓刑一年。至此,这起震动河北全省,且为全国瞩目的特大火灾爆炸事故终于得到了处理。此案由保定市人民检察院提起公诉。保定市中级人民法院受理此案后,进行了公开的调查审理。
