西欧,北美的大部分国家经历了从工业化到后工业化经济的转变。其特征表现在技术、消费需求及生产社会组织方面的转化。这些转化冲击着城市,影响到城市的结构与功能。城市规划如何适应这一转化?作者通过费城内城规划实例,提出了三项要点: 1.工业区的重复利用; 2.用地区划法控制的完善化; 3.对城市设计及为市民创造宜人环境的重视。
In Western Europe, most countries in North America experienced a shift from industrialization to post-industrial economies. Its characteristics are reflected in the transformation of technology, consumer demand and production social organization. These transformations impact the city and affect the structure and function of the city. How does the urban planning adapt to this transformation? The author puts forward three main points through the example of the inner city planning in Philadelphia: 1. The reuse of industrial areas; 2. The improvement of the use of regional control laws; 3. The creation of urban designs and the creation of pleasant people The importance of the environment.
