目的介绍儿童骨皮质破坏性椎板骨样骨瘤的诊断和治疗方法。 方法详述2例儿童椎板骨样骨瘤的临床症状和体征、X线检查、CT和骨扫描影像以及治疗方法的选择,结合病例复习相关文献。 结果 2例患儿的肿瘤在手术切除后疼痛、脊柱侧凸等症状和体征消失。 结论 手术是治疗椎板骨样骨瘤确实有效的方法。
Objective To introduce the diagnosis and treatment of children with cortical destructive laminectoid osteoma. Methods The clinical symptoms and signs, X-ray examination, CT and bone scan imaging and treatment selection of 2 children with osteoid osteosarcoma were described in detail. The related literatures were reviewed in combination with the cases. Results Tumors in 2 patients had pain and scoliosis after surgical resection and other symptoms and signs disappeared. Conclusions Surgery is a real effective method for the treatment of laminar osteoid osteoma.
