高热是儿科急诊一种最常见的疾病表现，及时地控制体温异常上升，对解除患儿痛苦，减轻症状有很大益处。我们应用静脉注射来比林治疗各种原因引起的高热取得令人满意的效果，现将观察结果报告如下。1资料与方法1．1病例选择男性26例，女性34例。年龄均在12岁以下。其中上感32例
