“户单857”是2006年通过陕西省农作物品种审定委员会审定的玉米新品种。该品种株高240～260cm,穗位高90～100cm;综合性状好,增产潜力大,适应性广,抗病抗倒;全生育期,春播约130d,夏播约100d,适宜陕西省春播和早夏播,也适宜全国同类生态区种植。2003-2005年分别参加陕西省预试、区试、生试,该品种较对照产量均达极显著水平,2007年参加陕西省榆林市玉米品种对比试验(中早熟组),该品种平均产量15726.45kg/hm2,较对照产量达极显著水平。采用该品种配套栽培技术,在陕西省进行示范推广,面积迅速扩大。
