指出高效健全的竞争情报系统是企业赢得竞争优势的关键所在。处于转型时期的房地产企业,面对日益复杂的内外环境,应当充分认识企业竞争情报系统的重要性。简要介绍转型时期房地产企业竞争情报工作的特点,在此基础上对竞争情报系统的组织模式、系统构成进行分析,进而指出系统运行中的注意事项。
It is pointed out that efficient and sound competitive intelligence system is the key for enterprises to gain competitive advantage. In the transition period of real estate enterprises, in the face of increasingly complex internal and external environment, we should fully understand the importance of the enterprise competitive intelligence system. This paper briefly introduces the characteristics of competitive intelligence work in real estate enterprises during the transitional period, and on this basis analyzes the organization mode and system constitution of competitive intelligence system, and points out the precautions in the operation of the system.
