依法治国方略对我国的改革和发展有着深远的意义,依法治校是依法治国方略的派生,只有学校进行依法治校,学校才能走上健全的道路。课改离不开依法治校,只有依法治校才能保证课改的正常进行。进行依法治校,就要把依法治校纳入对学校的考核,课改要遵循依法治校及其如何进行其目标考核。
