目的探讨在人体肠道线虫病严重流行区行之有效的减少或控制传染源传播的防治方法。方法 1 998年开始在四川合江县白沙镇芦稿村采用复方阿苯达唑 3片顿服疗法进行冬季群体治疗 ,每年 1次 ,连续 3年 ,逐年观察肠道线虫感染变动情况。结果服药率 3年分别为 97.2 9%、91 .90 %、99.1 6%。停止治疗 1年后复查 ,钩虫感染率、平均 EPG及钩蚴性皮炎发生率分别下降 75 .0 4%、92 .0 8%、87.80 % ,蛔虫感染率下降 97.80 % ,鞭虫感染率下降 45 .42 % ,均呈逐年下降趋势。结论本文再次证明 ,群体治疗仍是目前切实可行的重要防治措施 ,复方阿苯达唑 3片顿服疗法适合人体肠道线虫严重流行区的群体防治
Objective To explore ways to reduce or control the transmission of infectious agents in the endemic areas of human gut pathogens. Method 1 Beginning in 1988, a group of patients treated with compound albendazole 3 tablets was treated in winter in Lucao Village, Baisha Township, Hejiang County, Sichuan Province. The changes of intestinal nematode infections were observed annually for three consecutive years. Results The three-year rates of medication were 97.29%, 91.90% and 99.1% respectively. The incidence of hookworm infection, average EPG and echinococcosis decreased by 75.0%, 92.08% and 87.80% respectively after 1 year of treatment was stopped, the infection rate of ascaris was decreased by 97.80% and the infection rate of whipworm was decreased by 45% .42%, all showed a downward trend year by year. Conclusion This article once again proved that group therapy is still an important prevention and treatment measures available at present, the compound albendazole 3 tablets Dayton clothing therapy for human intestinal nematode serious population control
