微信自问世至今,已经融入了大众的日常生活,拿起手机,打开微信,已成为越来越多人的一种习惯。它功能强大,运用起来又简单、便捷、低廉,里面的“摇一摇”、“扫一扫”、“朋友圈”、“公众平台”等新颖又有趣,汇多种优势于一体,自然集万千宠爱于一身,所以备受思想活跃、喜欢新鲜事物的当代大学生喜爱。截止至2015年第一季度,微信已覆盖我国90%以上的智能手机,月活跃用户达到5.49亿1。微信在高校的覆盖率更是超过99%,开启了大学生学习生活新模式,它占据了学生的大部分业余和碎片化时间,对大学生思想、行为产生着极大影响。因此,探索如何运用微信平台进行思想政治教育,提高教育实效性,成为当下思政教育的重要课题。

As of the first quarter of 2015, WeChat has covered more than 90% of China’s smartphones and its monthly active users reached 549.1 million. WeChat’s coverage rate in colleges and universities is more than 99%, which opens up a new model for college students’ learning and living. It occupies most of the students’ amateur and fragmented time, and greatly influences college students’ thoughts and behaviors. Therefore, to explore how to use the WeChat platform to carry out ideological and political education and to improve the effectiveness of education has become an important issue for current ideological and political education.
