极毒核素~(239)Pu 具有广泛的生物学作用。随着它的生产和使用的增多,研究降低其摄入机体后的蓄积已成为当前迫切需要解决的问题。众所周知,口服超过体内转铁素能以结合量的铁剂能改变~(239)Pu 在血中的分布和它从血液向组织器官的转移。
Very toxic nuclide ~ (239) Pu has a wide range of biological effects. With the increase of its production and use, the research to reduce its accumulation after intake of the body has become an urgent problem to be solved. It is well-known that orally administered iron in excess of iron in the body can alter the distribution of ~ (239) Pu in the blood and its transfer from blood to tissues and organs.
