硝普钠是强力的血管扩张剂,现主要用于心血管疾病的治疗。最近,我们发现,硝普钠具有较强的平喘作用,现将实验结果摘要报道如下。方法一、豚鼠离体气管平滑肌和肺条制备按Akcasu氏报道的方法,制备豚鼠气管片。按Drazan等报道的方法制备豚鼠肺条。硝普钠、组胺和异丙肾上腺素(下简称异丙)按累积剂量法向浴槽中加药。结果处理对气管片,求半数有效浓度(EC_(50));对肺条,求PD′_2和EC_(50)。
Sodium nitroprusside is a potent vasodilator, is now mainly used for the treatment of cardiovascular disease. Recently, we found that sodium nitroprusside has a strong antiasthmatic effect, now the summary of the results reported below. Method One, Guinea pig tracheal smooth muscle and lung preparation Guinea pig tracheal tablets were prepared according to the method reported by Akcasu. Guinea pig lung strips were prepared as reported by Drazan et al. Sodium nitroprusside, histamine and isoproterenol (hereinafter referred to as isopropyl) according to the cumulative dose method to the bath dosing. Results For the trachea, half effective concentration (EC 50) and PD 2 and EC 50 for the lungs were obtained.
