本文着重对急性非淋巴细胞性白血病(ANLL)患者周围血中、淋巴细胞亚群(包括ADCC活性以及T细胞亚群即TY和Tμ细胞)进行了测定,以探讨该类患者体内参与免疫反应的免疫活性细胞的数量与活性的变化以及发生这些变化的可能机制。
This article focuses on the determination of peripheral blood and lymphocyte subsets (including ADCC activity and T-cell subsets, TY and Tμ cells) in patients with acute non-lymphocytic leukemia (ANLL) to investigate the involvement of these patients in immune responses Changes in the number and activity of immunocompetent cells and the possible mechanisms by which these changes occur.
