目的:探讨大蒜提取物对铜绿假单胞毒力因子表达的影响。方法:测定外毒素A的活性及绿脓菌素和弹性蛋白酶的表达量,统计分析外毒素A活性、绿脓菌素及弹性蛋白酶表达量的差异。结果:大蒜提取物对双突变株PAO-JP2的各种表达无影响,而对标准株PAO1的各种表达有影响。结论:大蒜提取物可竞争性地通过细菌群体感应(QS)系统对PA的毒力表达产生抑制作用,降低PA的致病性。我们推测大蒜提取物中可能含有某一种化合物与QS信号分子结构相似,产生同种作用。
Objective: To investigate the effect of garlic extract on the expression of virulence factor of Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Methods: The activity of exotoxin A and the expression of pyocyanin and elastase were measured. The differences of exotoxin A activity, pyocyanin and elastase expression were statistically analyzed. Results: Garlic extract had no effect on the expression of double mutant PAO-JP2, but had different effects on the expression of PAO1. CONCLUSION: Garlic extract can competitively inhibit the virulence of PA through bacterial population induction (QS) system and reduce the pathogenicity of PA. We speculate that garlic extract may contain a compound with the QS signal molecule structure similar to produce the same effect.
