在工程认证体系下高校毕业生的质量直接关系到高校的生存和发展。通过建立毕业生质量跟踪调查机制,可以及时准确地掌握用人单位对毕业生的评价及要求,促使学校及时调整教学手段和方向,提高毕业生的竞争力。本文讨论了毕业生目前面临的就业压力,论述了毕业生跟踪调查工作的必要性,分析了目前毕业生跟踪调查工作中存在的问题,探讨了建立基于工程师认证体系下电信类专业毕业生跟踪调查机制。
Under the engineering certification system, the quality of college graduates is directly related to the survival and development of colleges and universities. Through the establishment of graduates quality tracking investigation mechanism, employers can promptly and accurately grasp the evaluation of graduates and requirements, prompting schools to timely adjust teaching methods and direction to improve the competitiveness of graduates. This article discusses the current employment pressure of graduates, discusses the necessity of graduates ’follow-up investigation work, analyzes the existing problems in current graduates’ follow-up investigation work, discusses the follow-up investigation of graduates of telecommunication specialty under the system of engineer certification mechanism.
