在房屋建筑工程施工中,推行钻孔灌注桩施工技术的创新运用,有利于提高房屋建筑的基础稳定性和承载力,从而保证房屋建筑工程施工质量的整体性提高。钻孔灌桩是建筑施工中的一项重要技术,具有施工工艺成熟、效率高、质量好等特点。但是,在当今社会体系的施工建筑活动之中,应用钻孔灌注桩技术,很容易受到多种外力因素的影响和破坏,给房屋建筑工程的建筑施工带来一定的破坏作用。本文从钻孔灌桩技术在建筑工程施工中的应用研究的细节入手,提出几点改善钻孔灌注桩技术的应用策略。
In the construction of housing construction, the implementation of the innovative application of the construction technology of cast-in-place bored pile will help to improve the foundation stability and bearing capacity of the building, so as to ensure the integrity of the construction quality of the building.
