干扰素不仅有抗病毒作用,而且有免疫调节作用。根据抗原特异性分为α、β和γ干扰素。作者研究α和γ干扰素软膏治疗小儿疱疹性口炎的临床效果,根据唾液分泌型IgA含量评定局部免疫。资料和方法治疗急性疱疹性口炎129例,患儿1～5岁;复发性疱疹性口炎加重期49例,患儿4～12岁。治疗用软膏每g含α或γ干扰素2×10~4IU,苯佐卡因0.1;加维尼林胶10g。先清洁口腔和牙齿,用胰蛋白酶、糜蛋白酶清除病变区坏死物,然后在患处均匀地涂布软膏。
