进入二十一世纪以来的第一届全国书法大展——“第八届全国书法篆刻展览”即将在周秦汉唐古都西安举办。陕西是中华民族的发祥地之一,是中华文化的摇篮,文物荟萃,名碑成林,书法遗迹留存十分丰富。陕西近现代书法崇尚传统,开拓创新,取得了突出的成就。为了让读者对陕西的历史文化和书法有一定的了解,为此我们刊发了这篇《陕西近现代书法述略》。
Into the first session of the twenty-first Century Calligraphy Exhibition - “Eighth National Calligraphy and Seal Cutting Exhibition” is about to be held in Xi’an, the ancient capital of Qin Dynasty Han and Tang Dynasties. As one of the birthplaces of the Chinese nation, Shaanxi is the cradle of Chinese culture with a rich collection of cultural relics. Shaanxi modern calligraphy advocating tradition, pioneering and innovative, has made outstanding achievements. In order to let readers have a certain understanding of Shaanxi’s history, culture and calligraphy, we published this “A Brief History of Modern Chinese Calligraphy”.
