教学技巧就是教师在教育过程中为达到预期目标而采用的技术手段,实施教学设计的技能,以及应对当场决策的技巧手法与能力。优秀的教师总是善于运用多种多样的教学方法和技巧来攻克一个又一个教学难题,并有效地调动了学生学习积极性,提高了教学质量和教学效率。我们机械专业课教师面对新的教育形式,更应讲究方法和技巧,以不断强化学生综合素养的提高。
Teaching skills is the technical means teachers use to achieve the expected goals in the education process, implement the skills of instructional design and the skills and abilities to deal with the decision-making on the spot. Excellent teachers are always good at using a variety of teaching methods and techniques to overcome one after another teaching problems and effectively mobilize the enthusiasm of students to improve the quality of teaching and teaching efficiency. Our Mechanical Engineering teachers face new forms of education, but should pay attention to methods and techniques to continuously enhance the overall quality of students to improve.
