目的 应对北京突发的SARS疫情 ,对综合医院进行布局改造 ,确保患者及时收治。方法 按照呼吸道传染病隔离要求将 2 6所综合医院改造成为适合SARS收治的定点医院。结果 经改造的综合医院投入使用后 ,迅速隔离传染源 ,有效的控制疫情扩散 ,缓解了各医院发热门诊和郊区县SARS救治的压力 ,同时也为一线工作人员提供了安全可靠的工作环境。结论 在最短时间内用较少资金 ,完成综合医院布局改造 ,满足了患者收治需要 ,是应对突发公共卫生事件中的重要举措。
Objective To respond to the sudden outbreak of SARS in Beijing and carry out layout and transformation of general hospitals to ensure that patients receive timely treatment. Methods According to the requirements for the isolation of respiratory infectious diseases, 26 general hospitals were transformed into designated hospitals for the treatment of SARS. Results After the reformed general hospital was put into use, it quickly segregated the source of infection, effectively controlled the spread of the epidemic, relieved the pressure of hospital fever clinics and SARS treatment in the outskirts, and provided a safe and reliable working environment for front-line workers. Conclusion In the shortest time, complete the layout of the general hospital with less funds, to meet the needs of the patient, and it is an important measure in responding to public health emergencies.
