北京、天津、上海,广州、武汉、重庆、沈阳、西安、哈尔滨、南京十城市财政工作座谈会第四次会议,于1985年10月21日至26日在南京市召开,大连市财政局负责同志,虚邀参加了会议。大家认为,一年来,各市财政工作都取得了较好的成绩,财政收入都比上年有较大幅度的增长,同生产的发展基本同步。一年来的主要经验和体会是:(1)对经济体制改革,财政部门要积极参与,积极配合,积极支持,主动服务。各市财政局都在调查研究的基础上,提出了一系列支持、促进、服务、改革的措施,取得了较好的效果,得到党政领导的好评,受到单位的欢迎。今后要继续发挥财政部门的积极作用,推进以城市为重点的经济体制改革。(2)要在搞活企业上下功夫。各市财政部门都根
