生物医学科学拔尖创新人才培养是实施“健康中国”和“创新驱动发展”战略的迫切需求之一。从2016年起，上海交通大学医学院通过将“一流大学、一流学科、一流学生、一流师资、一流课程、一流科创平台”等元素科学匹配、高度融合、有效实施，构建并实施了生物医学科学拔尖人才创新能力培养体系，取得了良好的效果，可以为促进我国生物医学科学事业提供实践经验。“,”The cultivation of top-notch innovative talents in biomedical science is one of the urgent needs of healthy China project and innovation-driven development strategies. Since 2016, Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine has constructed and implemented an new training system for capacity building of top-notch talents by scientifically matching and highly integrating the elements of “ first-class university, first-class discipline, first-class students, first-class faculty, first-class curriculum, and first-class scientific innovation platform” , which has achieved fruitful outcomes and replicable experiences for promoting biomedical science in China.
