在批林批孔运动推动下,在厂党支部的领导下,为了确保产品质量,提高检查工作效率,我们自制了3W-0.9/7型空气压缩机活塞、轴承盖、气缸、曲轴、曲轴箱、连杆的专用检具。这些检具基本解决了主要零件几何精度和表面位置的测量问题。现将检具的结构与使用方法介绍如下:活 塞 检 具用于检测活塞销孔中心线与活塞中心线的不垂直度(图1)。该检具利用活塞外圆柱面为测量基准面,由V型铁定位,活塞销孔内配以适宜的量棒,采用微差法直接测量。
