根据10000kN封头冲压液压机主工作缸可靠性要求较高这一特点,对主工作缸进行了可靠性分析,建立了可靠性模型.利用大型有限元软件分析了主缸的应力,并根据应力—强度干涉模型估计了主工作缸的结构可靠度,为主缸的设计提供了参考依据.
According to the characteristics of high reliability of main cylinder of 10000kN head stamping hydraulic press, the reliability analysis of the main cylinder and the reliability model are established.The stress of the master cylinder is analyzed by the large finite element software, The strength interference model estimates the structural reliability of the master cylinder and provides a reference for the master cylinder design.
