目的 探讨上皮性钙粘素 (E -cd)及α -、β -连接素 (cat)在乳腺癌组织及淋巴结转移灶中的表达及意义。 方法 免疫组化S -P法检测 60例乳腺癌 ( 3 1例有淋巴结转移 )及相应淋巴结转移灶中E -cd、α -、β -cat的表达。 结果 60例乳腺癌组织中E -cd、α -、β -cat异常表达率分别为 5 1 7%、61 7%、70 %,E -cd的表达与乳腺癌淋巴结转移显著相关 ( P <0 0 0 5 ) ,α -、β -cat的表达与淋巴结转移无关。淋巴结转移灶中E -cd表达较相应原发灶明显增强 (P <0 0 0 5 ) ,淋巴结转移灶中α -、β -cat的表达与原发灶无显著差异。结论 原发灶E -cd的下调使癌细胞脱离原发灶 ,而转移灶内E -cd重新表达可能利于癌细胞黏附于远处器官 ,形成转移灶
Objective To investigate the expression of epithelial cadherin (E-cd) and α -, β - catenin (cat) in breast cancer and lymph node metastasis. Methods Immunohistochemical S-P method was used to detect the expression of E-cd, α -, β-cat in 60 cases of breast cancer (31 cases with lymph node metastasis) and corresponding lymph node metastasis. Results The abnormal expression rates of E-cd, α -, β-catenin in 60 cases of breast cancer were 51.7%, 61.7% and 70%, respectively. The expression of E-cd was significantly correlated with lymph node metastasis 0 0 5). The expression of α -, β -cat was not related to lymph node metastasis. The expression of E-cd in lymph node metastasis was significantly higher than that in corresponding primary tumor (P <0 05). There was no significant difference in the expression of α -, β-catenin between primary lymph node metastasis and lymph node metastasis. Conclusion The down-regulation of E-cd in the primary tumor leaves the cancer cells detached from the primary tumor, while the re-expression of E-cd in the metastasis may be beneficial to the adhesion of cancer cells to distant organs and formation of metastases
