培智学校医疗康复档案的建立和规范化管理,有利于康复老师及时了解学生情况,从而有针对性地调整训练计划,制定科学的训练方案,是“办好特殊教育”的重要参考。但是,由于缺乏科学的文件材料收集归档细则、应归档文件材料收集主体更换频繁等原因,导致医疗康复档案管理中存在诸多问题。为此,应完善医疗康复档案材料收集归档细则,加强医疗康复档案归档管理工作。
The establishment and standardized management of the medical rehabilitation files of the Peizhi school will help the rehabilitation teachers keep abreast of the situation of the students so that the training plans can be adjusted in a targeted manner and the scientific training programs can be formulated. This is an important reference for “doing a good job of special education.” However, there are many problems in the management of medical rehabilitation archives due to the lack of scientific rules for collecting and filing documents and the frequent replacement of archived documents and materials. To this end, we should improve the file collection and archiving of medical and rehabilitation files, strengthen the file management of medical and rehabilitation archives.
