2013年12月20-22日,“宋代司法文化与现代法治文明建设学术研讨会”在河南省开封市举行。来自部分高校和司法实务部门的40余位专家和学者参加了会议。在“大会主题报告”环节,中国政法大学终身教授张晋藩先生指出,司法文明是中华传统法治文明的重要构成部分,历代统治者和思想家都重视司法文明建设,尤其强调司法公平和恤狱慎刑。中国法学会
December 20-22, 2013, “Song Dynasty Judicial Culture and Modern Civilization Construction Seminar” held in Kaifeng, Henan Province. More than 40 experts and scholars from some universities and judicial departments attended the conference. Zhang Jinfan, a tenured professor at China University of Political Science and Law, pointed out that judicial civilization is an important part of the traditional civilization of the rule of law. Both ancient rulers and thinkers have attached importance to the construction of judicial civilization, with particular emphasis on judicial fairness and prison prudence punishment.
