随着改革开放的不断深入和社会主义市场经济的发展,各种社会思潮和外来文化对人们的道德观念产生了前所未有的冲击,导致在机关党员干部队伍中存在着一些与中华民族的传统美德,与社会主义、共产主义的思想道德规范格格不入的问题。这些问题的出现和蔓延,对社会道德体系造成了冲击,损害了社会风气,也严重影响了经济社会的健康发展。如何在新的历史条件下加强机关党员思想道德建设已成为当前和今后各级机关党组织和党务工作者研究的重要课题。
With the continuous deepening of reform and opening up and the development of the socialist market economy, all kinds of social thoughts and foreign cultures have exerted an unprecedented impact on people’s moral values. As a result, there exist some traditional virtues with the Chinese nation in the party members and cadres of the organs, And the socialist and communist ideological and moral standards are not alien problems. The appearance and spread of these problems have inflicted an impact on the social morality system, undermined the social ethos and seriously affected the economic and social development. How to strengthen the ideological and moral building of the party members under the new historical conditions has become an important issue for the study of the party organizations and party workers at all levels at present and in the future.
