目的 :评价不同珊瑚的生物学性能。方法 :将致密澄黄滨珊瑚、疏松澄黄演珊瑚、普哥滨珊瑚、鸡冠蔷薇珊瑚四种珊瑚分别植入大鼠标准颅骨缺损区 ,分别于 4周、8和 12周时行大体观察、X线检查、及组织学检查。结果 :珊瑚的生物性能与其形态结构密切相关 ,致密澄黄滨珊瑚具有吸收慢、生物相容性好的优点 ,明显优于其他几种珊瑚。结论 :致密澄黄滨珊瑚有可能成为临床修复骨缺损的有效材料。
Objective: To evaluate the biological performance of different corals. Methods: Four kinds of coral were deposited in the standard skull defect area of rats, respectively at 4 weeks, 8 weeks and 12 weeks respectively. X-ray Check, and histological examination. Results: The biological properties of the corals are closely related to the morphological structure of the coral. The coral has the advantages of slow absorption and good biocompatibility, which is obviously better than the other corals. Conclusion: Daphniphyllum macrophylla may become an effective material for the clinical repair of bone defects.
