宝安区是深圳市的一个人口大区、经济大区和社会强区。各项社会经济指标均居全市各区前列。当然,创造这样的业绩除了宝安区本身具有得天独厚的优势以外,个体私营企业如雨后春笋般蓬勃发展也是一个重要因素。迄今为止,宝安区已有个体工商户15万多家,私营企业3万多个,遍布276个行业。面对这样大的一个群体,如何管好、带好、引导好,使他们竞争有序,守法经营,循环发展,是摆在我们面前的一道重要课题。在此之中,宝安区个私协会发挥了领军的“排头兵”作用,以“以人为本、内强素质,创新务实、外树形象”的思路,打开了个私经济的新格局。团结就是力量,“服务、诚信”这个普通的道理现在看来仍需要强调大家团结了,人心齐了,就没有克服不了的困难。靠着服务取胜,靠着诚信生道,可谓是宝安区个私协在此证明了的由来已久的可又十分新鲜的成功之道和发展模式。
Bao’an District, Shenzhen is a large population, economic zone and strong social area. All social and economic indicators rank the forefront of the city’s districts.
