人类社会进入21世纪,环保意识不仅在实现工业化的发达国家,同样在发展中国家和地区也日益深人人心,塑料与环境如何协调发展的问题引起了全球极大的关注。在保护地球环境的大前提下,许多国家根据本国国情,制订出相关的政策法规和采取有效的对策和措施。我国政府制定了可持续发展战略,在发展经济的同时,更加注重保护环境,积极倡导绿色国民经济。我国塑料工业面对新的形势和挑战,通过提高技术水平,调整产品和工业结构,正努力朝着实现与环境协调的方向发展。历经三期的研讨,相信“树立科学发展观,发展绿色GDP”将会在我们塑料行业影响日深。综合多家建言,拟就本文,作为这一话题的小结。
As human society enters the 21st century, the awareness of environmental protection has drawn great global attention not only in the developed countries that have achieved industrialization but also in the developing countries and regions as a whole. The coordinated development of plastics and the environment has drawn great attention worldwide. In the premise of protecting the Earth’s environment, many countries formulate relevant policies and regulations and take effective countermeasures and measures according to their national conditions. The Chinese government has formulated a strategy of sustainable development. While developing its economy, it has placed greater emphasis on protecting the environment and actively advocating a green national economy. In the face of the new situation and challenges, China’s plastics industry is trying hard to achieve coordinated development with the environment by raising the technological level and adjusting the product and industrial structure. After three periods of discussions, I believe “establishing a scientific outlook on development and developing green GDP” will have a profound impact on our plastics industry. Integrated a number of suggestions, this article is intended as a summary of this topic.
