作者报告95名经临床诊断为下肢急性血栓性静脉炎患者用右旋醣酐治疗的结果,方法是每日静脉注输6％右旋醣酐500毫升,(分子量为75,000),连续三天。(其中有10例系输给低分子量一40,000的右旋醣酐),不给其他特殊治疗。患者卧床休息。根据病人产生症状的时间长短,将患者分为三组;治疗结果则基于研究者对病人反应的客观评价分为优、佳、劣(poor)三级;优者疼痛和触痛消失,肿胀减轻,皮肤温度正常,Homans试验阴性。佳者疼痛消失,残留极轻微触痛,肿胀减退,仅有轻微肿胀。劣者未见
The authors report the results of 95 dextran treatments in 95 patients diagnosed with acute lower extremity acute thrombophlebitis by intravenous infusion of 500 ml of 6% dextran daily (MW 75,000) for three consecutive days. (Of which 10 were lost to a low molecular weight of 40,000 dextran) and did not give any other special treatment. The patient rests in bed. The patients were divided into three groups according to the length of time the patients developed symptoms.
